AREA+001 has been in business for an incredible 2 years now at our location of 38 Ossington Ave.


How Has The Neighborhood Changed Around You In That Time? What Are You Most Excited About?

The great thing about the Ossington area is that it always changes and grows, but very organically. Since AREA+001 moved in we have seen a group of other small and local business become part of this vibrant neighborhood as well. What excites us the most is that there is room for so much more growth here.

What Is The Best Time To Visit The Neighborhood?

My favourite time to visit Ossington is during the weekdays as it has a very chill vibe, but honestly day or night you cannot go wrong as this area has so much to offer.


Go-to Food Spot?

My go to food spot would have to be Fresh City as I am a bit of a health nut and they have a large selection of goods there.  You can find my business partner Jakub hanging out at Superpoint Pizza.  You should definitely try both if you haven’t been!


3 Best Things About Working In Your Neighbourhood?

My three favourite things about working in this neighborhood is the overall vibe, the cafes, but most importantly the people. Whether it is other business owners or clientele who have become friends, they all mean so much to us and they all have a great story to tell.
