What's Your Name And Title?
Gregg Pearce & Jenna Pearce, Owner of F45 Trinity Bellwoods

How long have you been at you current location?
Since October 2017

What made you choose Trinity Bellwoods as a location? How does being part of this community shape your business?
Trinity is our hood. We live in the neighbourhood and have always loved the inner west of the city. We love being locals to our business as it's a community business. It’s so nice to be able to walk down the street and know people to say G’day to. Makes you forget you are in a big urban city.

How has the neighbourhood change over time?
Ossington strip has become the restaurant mecca of the city and there is always a new restaurant opening in the neighbourhood to check out.

What is something unique about F45 that you wish more people knew about?
You do not need to be fit to start, you start to get fit.

What is your personal go-to workout song?
Gregg: Tropical Beats - think of anything Fisher

When is the best time to visit the area?
The park is bopping in the summer time. Tennis, music and all sorts of people watching. Though winter feels more locals vibe.

What are your go-to spots in Trinity Bellwoods?
Lambos, Woolshed, SJCB, Manita’s Breakfast

Three best things about working in the neighbourhood?
The Park is an escape from the city, I can walk to the studio from home, there are so many good coffee options.
